Synchronize, Inc. is a general contracting company which oversees a team of subcontractors. The company president is KAZ, who has 23 years of experience in interior design. She also runs KAZ Interior Consultations and Design, which often works in conjunction with Synchronize, Inc. KAZ coordinates the Synchronize, Inc. schedule for around 15 subcontractors, many of whom also have their own companies and jobs. A Synchronize, Inc. job may involve only one of the subcontractors or could involve ten or twelve of them. However many are involved, KAZ organizes and arranges everything to make it as easy on the client as possible.
